Seeing as my cartoons can be about anything, I needed a generic sort of title for the blog. "42equations" is an homage to Douglas Adams, who famously proposed forty-two as the answer to life, the universe and everything in his Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy novels. Other than that, it has no meaning.
I also run a slightly more serious blog elsewhere.
